Hello and welcome. I’m Ayelet, Doula, Kraamzorg (Postpartum Care Provider), partner, mother of three, and forever a student of life. I live in Amsterdam, where I have the honour of walking alongside families during one of the most sacred, intense, and transformative journeys we go through: pregnancy, birth, and life with a newborn. Childbirth Preparation Course
A personalized 3-hour private course to help you and your partner feel educated and empowered for childbirth. This one-on-one session is tailored to your questions, preferences, and any specific topics you want to explore – perfect for first-time parents or anyone who wants a customized class instead of a generic group course. We’ll cover both the practical knowledge and the mindful techniques that will make a difference on your big day. In a relaxed environment (in the comfort of your home or online), we will go through the childbirth process in detail and practice useful tools so you head into labor feeling more confident, prepared, and even excited.

We’ll explore your wishes, needs, and any questions you may have. I’ll share how I can support you as your doula—before, during, and after birth—and explain how kraamzorg care can gently guide you through the first week postpartum.
