About

Hello and welcome. I’m Ayelet, Doula, Kraamzorg (Postpartum Care Provider), partner, mother of three, and forever a student of life. I live in Amsterdam, where I have the honour of walking alongside families during one of the most sacred, intense, and transformative journeys we go through: pregnancy, birth, and life with a newborn. I have always felt connected to the world of souls and spirituality, and birth has always seemed like a sacred miracle.

My Story
My path into this work was not straightforward but deeply guided. Each of my births was its world, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. But it was the birth of my third child that changed everything. I prepared intensely, called in the support I needed, and experienced a birth that was healing, powerful, and truly mine. From then on, I knew I wanted to offer other women and families the same care and presence. I have always felt a quiet pull toward the deeper layers of life. Birth is never just a medical event; it’s a gateway, an invitation, a chance to heal. And somewhere between contractions and cups of tea, I found my calling. Later, a friend mentioned a Doula Course. Something lit up inside me. The timing was perfect; my youngest was four months old, and I signed up without hesitation. I haven’t looked back since..

My Mission
My mission is to help parents feel more confident and connected to themselves. Whether during pregnancy and birth as a doula or in those raw and tender postpartum days as a Kraamzorg, I want your choices to come from a place of knowledge and freedom. I want you to feel safe asking, wondering, and listening to your intuition. I want you to feel seen, held, and supported even in the unknown.

My Approach

Meeting You Where You Are
I meet families where they are, not where anyone else thinks they should be. Whether you’re dreaming of a home water birth or feel safest in a hospital, I walk beside you with care, curiosity, and respect.

Emotional Grounding
I offer emotional grounding, hands-on support, and evidence-based preparation. And gently, I’ll remind you that birth has its wisdom and sometimes, so does your baby’s soul. My care is for both mother and baby.

Listening Presence
I weave modern knowledge with traditional tools: herbs, homeopathy, essential oils, rebozo, nourishing postpartum touch. I bring warm food when you’ve forgotten to eat, massage when your body asks for love, and a calm, listening presence when everything feels overwhelming. I’m here for all of it.
Let’s connect
This is a warm invitation to share where you are in your journey—whether you’re preparing for birth or settling into the early days with your newborn. In this call, we’ll explore your hopes, needs, and any questions you may have. I’ll share how I can support you as your doula—before, during, and after birth—and explain how kraamzorg care can gently guide you through the first week postpartum. It’s a no-pressure conversation to see how I can best care for you and your growing family.
